You have to apply within to set goals, even if they are almost impossible to reach, so don’t take to heart what your peers say. Step away from those who don’t or won’t acknowledge your talent, or consider you to be a fool, simply because your calling is different from theirs.
You are you and there is no one like you, so what matters are the goals you have set for yourself, and the health of your future.
In the beginning, fighting for your heart’s desires can be terrifying, scary, and at the same time be amazing. The thing is, that’s what life is all about. Dreaming and chasing dreams until they are realized.
Do not give any satisfaction to those who are standing on the sidelines, judging your life. Although at times, that can be challenging, I suggest you ignore the ignorant, face your fears, including your peer’s unqualified opinions, then choose what makes you tick.
When storms come, and they will, remember, if there is no struggle, there is no strength or progress.
Bernard Kelvin Clive tells us, When the storms do come: you can only allow them to slow you down, but you don’t let them stop you. There will be delays and disappointments, but you have to keep pushing through it.
Never allow things you can’t prevent stop you from doing the things you can, and don’t let the struggle make you a victim. You have a choice; take what you have been given or allow it to tear you down. The thing is to never give up, just try again tomorrow.
Whatever you do, don’t kid yourself, conflicts are never about the surface issues. They are always about the ones that were unsaid, untreated, and unhealed wounds left to fester…
I suggest that you don’t be one of those people who create their own storms, then get upset when it rains. Did you know, people who are unable to motivate themselves must be content with mediocrity? No pressure, no diamonds.
