THE BOTTOM LINE IS…

It’s better to look good than to feel good is the opinion of most, not mine.  If a mortician is putting your makeup on, it’s not a good look.

The bottom line is, I would rather look like hell in life than look good in a coffin.

There is more to life than increasing its speed.  Mahatma Gandhi

We are always rushing to an appointment or trying to meet a deadline.  It reminds me of people rushing to catch an airplane, once you board all you do is sit.  The bottom line is to Pace yourself!

Pride comes before we fall.

Too many people spend money they earned..to buy things they don’t want..to impress people they don’t like.  Will Rogers

Just so you know, Generosity is giving more than you can, and pride is taking less than you need.  Khalil Gibran

The bottom line is, people will try to take your accomplishments away, good or bad.  Don’t let your Pride take them away from you; rarely are we proud when we are alone.

Blindly running ahead in love, business, or otherwise only invite failure in most cases, paired with extra steps beyond the finish line.  In my opinion, I would not trust anyone blindly, most of them are only into you for their own sake and interest.

The bottom line is love should not be depicted as blind, self-love should.

The worst decision is indecision.

Making decisions is a series of possibilities and action taken.  Two of the hardest things to do when making a decision is to decide which Bridge to cross or which Bridge to burn, coupled with if you think your decision is on point, go for it, if not, leave it undone.

The bottom line is, The ability to make a decision has often been passed off as Patience.

Avoid turning a small difference of opinion into an unnecessary battle.  Giving everyone the benefit of the doubt saves the day and possibly some lives.

Life is at it’s best when not fighting battles; a masterly retreat in itself is a victory.  And in every battle there comes a time when both sides consider themselves beaten, then he who continues the attack wins.

The bottom line is, War does not determine who is right only who is left.. and only the dead experience peace.

First, the hole, then the tunnel; at some point, we realize the only difference between a rut and the grave are the dimensions.  The thing they have in common is they are not on the surface; we are not underground dwellers; the very reason we don’t live in caves.

Living in the dark is called Depression, so if you are living in a body that fights to survive with a mind that tries to die, if you hate yourself, change your ways.

The bottom line is, He who knows others is wise. He who knows himself is enlightened.  Lao Tzu

It’s not how we make mistakes its how we correct them.   Rachel Molchan

To ignore evil is to become complacent about it.

Don’t chase your dreams chase them down.

The real energy we have when things are troublesome is fear.  We think its hate, but it is fear.  Gandhi

Kill them with success and bury them with a smile.

What if there was no tomorrow?  For one thing, it wouldn’t matter to some of us because we live that way, now.

There is no tomorrow, for no one can see past this moment.  James 4:13-16  Tomorrow is not promised, so the ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.

You don’t have to respect my time but one thing is for sure appointments with destiny are always on time.

Leaders are the creators of their life.  Followers let life happen to them.

Challenges always seek leaders and leaders always seek challenges.

Before you speak, ask yourself if your words improve upon the silence, there is always time to add a word, never to withdraw one.

We have everything we need when we are aware of self, coupled with the ability to adapt and understand.

It’s not a good idea to watch grass grow, just do what’s necessary to get it started, then walk away for a few and let God surprise you.

We are the only species that can have a thought and then bring it to life.  Creativity is how we build; the sheer complexly of putting it all together in our head, then on paper is amazing.

All knowledge of reality starts with experience.

Physical Scars are damaging, some are often repulsive to look at but mental scars tell a different story, a story often hid from view.

A conversation is necessary when people think you owe them something just because they were in the same room.

Never forget, Some love you when you are up and running until you hit a snag.

It’s Something to Think About.

Jesus is Lord!
