THE SECRET LIFE OF SECRETS?

Most secrets are not worthy of being kept, for the most part, they are meaningless and feeble unless you killed somebody.

That’s just one reason why they are kept in cramped dark places beneath reality, places that can erupt into rivers of remorse causing ulcers deep inside the soul, liken to Volcanoes.

It’s really no secret that most know the negative power of secrets because most know that information gets out because we cannot keep our mouths shut.  Yep, it’s true, the people with all the secrets are the ones who let the cat out the bag.  So, if you just have to share, I think I would tell a stranger, on the other side of the World.

On the other hand, if you should ask me to keep your secret, I’ll have to know if it’s worth being kept or does it put me in a place of uncertainty?  The choices are all mine; will I refuse to hear it, will I tell, or will I stand by you and keep your secret?

In my opinion, some secrets (promises) are not meant to be kept because of their content.  My suggestion is to get it off your chest by allowing it to surface while praying the exposure will free your conscience.  Then again you can continue to keep it to yourself, if for no other reason than a promise made.

A secret is a secret to whomever it belongs, and I know of few that have been kept, especially the ones you want to keep inside, you know, the ones you don’t dare to let out, and the ones kept to bring joy at its appointed time.  What we need to know is in or out of our mouths some secrets are cancers on our soul that only leave behind destruction on all levels for all involved.

And did you know sharing our secrets gives our opponents the information to destroy us, so what do we do?  I say don’t do things that require secrecy; such as secret alliances with hate groups, etc… Do not keep or agree to keep secrets at all cost, especially the ones on paper, which can be lost, stolen or tampered with.

A lost of incriminating information will get your panties in a wad if your secrets get out because you documented them.  Don’t start, I am not talking about non-destructive secrets such as surprise marriage proposals, birthday parties, etc…

FYI: By not allowing our failures to become secrets, we can live a reasonable life void of looking over our shoulders; most know the truth has a strange way of showing up at exactly the wrong time.

Did you know, Curiosity is one of the great secrets of happiness, and did you know if we keep bad secrets that belong to us or others we all suffer the punishments that stems from them, mostly in silence.  Hey, it’s a secret, so that’s just one of the many consequences.

The truth is there are no secrets that time does not reveal, coupled with, hiding secrets can cause us to suffer from low self-esteem.  It’s true, we are often unable to be proud of ourselves because of our secret acts.  With that kind of pressure, we may never reach the full potential of our success for having the fear of being exposed.  

Now I understand what H.L. Mencken meant when he was quoted saying; Nine out of ten, in the art of life, there is no truth to be discovered; there is only error to be exposed.

NATURAL BORN FOLLOWERS?

At some point, we will have to go our own way, but that won’t happen if you are a Natural Born Follower.  

If this is you, you’re not going or saying anything outside of what you have been told.  As a matter of fact, Ken Follet ask us, Why do we have to be the same as others?… Most of them are stupid?

If living freely is what Life is all about, what’s the point of choosing a dictated life that restricts that?  Why choose to support someone whose sole purpose is to imprison our ideas in order to carry out their own agenda?

I can’t answer that question but what I do know is we have a choice, and because of that, many lives could be transformed by implementing your ideas and interests?  We just never know, but, great things have evolved from a single person, and that includes The Good The Bad and The Ugly. 

In my opinion, if you are a follower that’s following after Jesus Christ, you are right where you need to be.  On the other hand, if you are a person that claims to be godly, but without empathy (compassion), coupled with a healthy lack of respect for others, I can almost guarantee your life isn’t Going Anywhere, even if I take into consideration some folks are just happy being led, they say there is no pressure.

Basically, we are who we are and most of that personal connection is based on making crucial decisions for ourselves and sometimes others; on the other side, some may be incapable and others really don’t care.

You may be surprised at the number of people who do not want to make intelligent decisions that are mentality stable, only to be weak in character.  Let’s not forget the scared of everything crowd, the ones with no backbone to stand up for themselves let alone others.

The good thing is the majority of people who are uncertain are only in need of direction.  The question is, where are we getting those precious directions from?  Following Fools are NOT suggested by me nor is it in the Bible.

Did you know the source of most information is generally where our misinformation comes from?  Now you know, so don’t get me wrong, not everyone is full of it; some have been misled, others like messes, so a good start is to search for The Real Answers by Researching the Source…Where did this information come from?

I would take advantage of our God-given right to choose and to fact check everything in this so-called, New Norm.

There is a price to pay when we deny ourselves personal freedoms, such as researching our heart, soul, and goals while trusting our gut feelings and praying to Jesus Christ for answers.  If not we will follow those who seek to ruin, rule and destroy us alone with all Humanity. 

In my mind, I think we all should seek to know why are we so willing to follow a losing cause or person?  The answer could be we have been taught to obey certain things since early childhood, as I said before, and without a doubt, it is who and what we were taught that shaped us. 

It’s sad to say that some children were taught and expected to carry on family traditions that are not worthy and out of step with progress; although a few may be mean-spirited, others found the truth and their way out.

Today, as some are coming of age but still under the authority of the caregivers, wouldn’t it be wonderful if we at such a young age, thought to think, where is this going, why don’t I feel good about what I do or say?  

Just so you know, I know some are taught to fear Going Outside Of The Box in order to be kept under control. 

FYI: There is no gain in trying to mirror or destroy another.  If you are compelled to be someone you feel you’re not, seek Help.  Go to a Bible believing Bible teaching Church, talk to a Pastor, a friend, etc…

As we get older and common sense has made an appearance, I would start running towards self-discovery.  Don’t you know how important you are, don’t you know you are just as sufficient as anyone else on Planet Earth?  And you need to know that the person you are following instead of Jesus Christ knows that.

When we are on the right side of the fence, confidence and success are possible, but if we are on the wrong side of the fence, it may be good for a while but in the end, Karma will make you suffer if not kill you.

Don’t lose your soul dedicating time to make the World Worse then it already is.  Don’t let your life be a dreadful existence following after those who are full of hate and creating an even darker outlook.  Did you know they aren’t even worthy of your presence?

If you really want to find your voice and your place, remember, The Attitude you take with you will determine if that trip ends well. 

I believe no one comes out of the womb with the knowledge to hate, to kill, to steal, or the greed, etc…it’s taught, creating a life that is either a wonderful adventure or a hellish ordeal paired with the biggest waste of all times, doing Nothing Worthwhile, At All…

As for me, I am not going down with a ship that the Captain is pouring water into.  I will just have to learn how to swim on my own.  You do you!
