When our best is not received as well as we had hoped for, we need more than strength, and or courage to be successful? What we need is our CEO, Jesus Christ, The Executor of our Lives.
Somethings we think we know are really over our heads. With Christ, we can acquire a winning spirit and a positive attitude, coupled with the strength, courage, and the knowledge we need in order to gain success. Most times the only thing standing in our way is a lack of faith.
When we decide to become our own worst enemy, knowingly or not, it generally starts with a comment that is non-productive; “No one can tell me what to do.” The thing is, your right, and that’s a problem. No matter how we think it, somebody can tell us something, it’s up to us to accept it or not.
The Devil enjoy our go ahead attitude when we are not involving the wisdom and guidance of Jesus Christ in our everyday lives. It is a well-known fact that we can do nothing without Him, (John 15:5) so failure is just around the bend. In the meantime, Satan just sits back and watch us self-destruct, while we’re claiming to have everything under control.
We all should know that nothing we have is profitable unless it is kept under control? But before we can fully control what we have and live out our life in a productive and pleasing manner, we have to learn how to overcome most of life’s ups and downs. So perhaps, When doing your best is not good enough sometimes you must do what is required? (Winston Churchill)
And that requirement is seeking the Love and Help from Our Heavenly Father, and Praising Him on High.
Perhaps we should also resort to our imagination instead of the suggestions of others. Why not consider using that wonderful gift from God to get fresh ideas in a Christ-like manner, and then get back into the race? The more we stay the course the more we will commit to the challenge. When this happens, the more confidence we gain in our own power.
FYI: When your best isn’t good enough for some, check the source; you may be better than you think.
The devils and the devil-lets are always there to put us down. I say, spare yourself from all the drama by not becoming angry, resentful, or jealous, etc… These actions will not change the heart of others, they will only change yours for the worse. Try Seeking the Kingdom of God in order to increase your potential. It’s Something to Think About.
Thank you Lord for all you do when our best isn’t enough; in you all our victories can be won. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
