The magic is in every second that we live and breathe on this earth. All we have to do is realize this miracle is because of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We are alive to embrace life because of His goodness, and great mercies. The simple things, as majestic as a snowflake with all its wonder, landing on our hand and staying just long enough to enjoy.

I especially enjoy the Hummingbirds, the ones that take the time to stop and stare back at me. Life is magical, full of excitement. Including the ups and downs, twists as well as turns, and the paths that are straight, some narrow, with most winding around unknown bends and unexpected curves. A journey into the unknown.
Experiences that make us leap for joy; exhilarating happiness from sources of good news. Moments of deep love and affection, including views so magnificent they are hard to come into focus, and yet some wish their lives away.
There are plenty of ways to wish the very life out of us, and not know it. Simple wishes such as wishing time to pass quickly, while waiting impatiently for the future. What about the here and now, who told you the future was guaranteed?
Sometimes we wish for things out of anger. Telling our mother’s, “I hate you, I hope you die.” All because we didn’t get our way. I know we didn’t mean it, but, “it is what it is.” Life isn’t all about talking all the time, it’s has a lot to do with what we say, and perhaps the way we say it.
I really don’t like using the “what ifs,” but what if she suddenly fell dead? Creating an emptiness we blame ourselves for, when in hindsight, “it was just her time.”
We are the masters of what we say, and it only takes one word to make or break us; one word can disgrace us.

Sometimes, in the worst of times, a single word or look is enough. It’s in those moments where what matters, matters most. Don’t let life slip away, let alone wish it away, get out there and work at achieving your goals, instead of waiting for something to happen. Put forth an effort to make the magic, you may succeed.
Nothing beats a try but a failure to not try. Live life to the fullest by welcoming each day full of vigor; you may not get another chance. One day, if you live long enough, you may regret the days you almost let life slip away because you wished it so.
This is our chance, a New Year is upon us, make the most of it through Jesus Christ, not those almost impossible to achieve new year’s resolutions that never come to the realization.
The magic is in having a relationship with Jesus Christ, seek him. Did you know, God desires to see us live a long, and productive life with all the trappings; not to die before our time wishing our lives away. The power of the tongue used in the wrong manner is a killer.
I suggest if you are wishing for a speedy life, live it in the fast lane for the good of others. What greater gift is there to give than to give your all for another.
