I want to be like Moses: Moses built an altar and named it The Lord is My Banner. Exodus 17:15
I want to hide from all harm: So I can live without fear. Free to go about my business in a Christ-like manner, all the while giving all the “Glory to God.”
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28
I want to Bless the Lord at all times, with all my heart and soul. Praising His name for all the heavens to hear. I want to look upon His face. I want to see my mother. I will keep the Faith.
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. Psalm 18:2
I want to build a mansion my heart: Decorated with beautiful red blood cells, clog free arteries and a heart that beats to the rhythm of “Yes Lord, Yes.”
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which is God’s. 1st Corinthians 6:19-20
I want to be able to pay my bills without turning the heat down, or hollering “turn off that light.” I don’t believe that’s too much to ask for, since I work to pay my way, and I believe Jesus is Lord! His will be Done.
If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things? 1st Corinthians 9:11
I want “Everlasting Life.” I want everything promised when Jesus died on the cross, it must not be in vain. I cry every time the beating He took for me is mentioned. Bought by the Blood, I have been redeemed.
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hear my word, and believe on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” John 5:24 (KJV)
Thank you, Lord, for giving me the breath of life. In Jesus name, we pray.
