“Discontent, blaming, complaining, and self-pity cannot serve as a foundation for a better future, no matter how much effort you make.” Eckhart Tolle
Blaming others, as we all know is a waste of time, your time as well as mine. The whole purpose of placing blame is to shirk responsibilities. Our strengths lie in the good things we do, including some of the bad things we own up to.
Take into consideration if what we do is unsavory, no matter the size or content, and we are called out for it, some have a tendency to place the blame on others, instead of being honest with ourselves, and owning up to our faults. An unhealthy habit of using all types of excuses, relevant or not.
“An excuse is worse and more terrible than a lie, for an excuse is a lie guarded.” Pope John Paul 11
Placing blame is habit-forming, and will stunt our mental growth. We need to accept the fact that ups and downs are an intricate part of our everyday lives, just like the ease of blaming everyone for our faults, then wondering why things don’t work out for us, like what we see happening to others.
Blaming everyone except ourselves is an indication that we are afraid of making mistakes, causing us to miss the point and the heart of making them in the first place. Our physical and mental growth.
“If you never make a mistake, you have never done anything”. So, just-in-case you have contributed to something, be glad, for you really did make a difference, whether others have knowledge of it or not. To God be the Glory!
Perhaps we should concentrate on removing all the obstacles that cause us to blame others for what we do. Which, in most cases is being irresponsible, especially when blaming God, and not assigning the blame to its rightful owner; You and Satan may be walking hand in hand when it comes to this one.
Ownership of our faults, in itself, has the range to inspire others who may or may not look up to us, proving we are capable of changing our mind and being responsible for our own actions, physical and mental growth.
“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” George Bernard Shaw
Go ahead, blame the world for your problems, why not start with your parents if you were fortunate enough to have them? Some are using self-pity as an excuse for the negative aspects that comes to life. The ones that lead us to difficult times; for instance, a lack of education. Have you noticed it all starts with you.
First, we need to recognize a change needs to take place, then accept that fact. To change means to transform or convert: to make something different from what it is, or from what it would be if left alone. Change is to alter or modified.
I can tell you from experience change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change we seek. Barack Obama
Why is it that everyone wants to change the world, but not themselves? And why do we say time changes everything, when we should know its growth; a blessing and favor from God? Change, not blame wakes up the brain cells, creating something new and refreshing, no matter how small, is what will make the difference.
“Success in not built on success. It’s built on failure. It’s built on frustration. Sometimes its built on catastrophes. (Unknown)
Some of us are so afraid of failure, effort is not in the cards, so we become inactive and overwhelmed by life. Don’t let that be you. Learn through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior how to overcome all obstacles, including how to manage; “Blame, Failure, Excuses, and Change.”
“A man can fail many times, but he is not a failure until he begins to blame somebody else.” John Burroughs
One of the most significant changes we make without having any control over it is to age, and the only way to age is to live. Just keep in mind: “We are as old as our thoughts and as young as our despair.”
If we only look at our past, or live in the moment of the day, we may miss our future. Naturally, as we grow older our bodies make the most visible changes. It is our mind that has the capacity to grow old with new wisdom by staying young with fresh ideas, and facts proven by time.
Sooner than later, the mind will grow old if we quit working at learning what’s new, and having fun in the process. It’s not about how we look, although that is a plus. I believe to look good is to feel good, and being angry will not help, including a bad attitude that comes with such an ugly look it causes some of us to depart from your company. Did you know anger causes us to lose our happiness?
If we try to make a difference we will, no matter how minute, just trying will change something. Effort creates success no matter the level. And you can be a blessing to others by passing on this blog. Who knows who may be in need of these words.
Thank you, Lord, for all you do. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing months
of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any solutions to prevent
hackers?

Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance.
I must say you’ve done a very good job with this. Also, the blog loads super fast
for me on Chrome. Outstanding Blog!
