We can unlock the doors to knowledge by listening, therefore leading the way for us to gain our own “personal excellence,” but, maybe we should check out some of the requirements and the qualifications to make the transition favorable. Not only that, we need to have a desire for excellence, which requires knowledge of our potential to win while possessing the perseverance to succeed. (Stay the course.)
So, before we just jump in, we need to understand and acquire a few qualities that will be beneficial. First, we need to understand what they are and their importance as it relates to power, and us. The power to take charge while being fair and balanced will get you brownie points.
Putting the needs of others before your own is a must, and all the while smiling in sincerity. The power to know when to hold them, and when to let go. (Children, old battles.) Possessing kind words with a listening ear, coupled with the ability to humbles ourselves, while giving honest compliments. All of this and more in a Christ-like manner.
If you believe you possess these gifts and the power, coupled with a non-belief in Jesus Christ, think again. And while you’re thinking remember, the Devil gives gifts too, and maybe that’s where yours came from, and you will not enjoy “The big payback.” Woe is unto you.
